We promise to provide a 30-day refund guarantee for your customized clothing. If the goods have quality problems, transportation damage, serious size inconsisteion (our responsibility), obvious inconsiste with the description or unsatisfactory design (unused), you can apply for a refund. However, due to the data errors you provided, customized goods cannot be refunded, and used or cleaned goods also do not support refunds.

When applying for a refund, please contact us by email or customer service with a description and pictures. We will review and provide the return address, and you need to bear the return freight (unless we are responsible). After receiving the return, we will refund the original way within 7-10 working days, and you will bear the difference caused by the fluctuation of the exchange rate.
